Refund Policy

Effective September 2, 2026

Refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased and the terms displayed at checkout. Review those terms before completing payment.

Digital products

Because digital materials may be delivered immediately, eligibility for a refund may be limited after access or download. The policy displayed by the checkout provider at the time of purchase controls.

Custom services

Personalized plans and coaching involve preparation time. Any cancellation or refund terms will be presented before purchase or agreed to in writing before work begins.

Duplicate or technical purchases

If you were charged twice, did not receive access, or experienced a technical delivery problem, contact us promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.

Requesting help

Email joseph@vanderhallventuresllc.com with your name, purchase email, product, date, and order number. Do not send full payment-card information.

Third-party checkout

Payments may be processed through Gumroad or another provider. Processing times and approved refunds may also be governed by that provider.
